📋 Description

• Build and maintain websites and web-based products for clients, including content-managed websites, SPAs, finance calculators, configurators, and ecommerce applications • Work with digital creatives, account directors, clients, business analysts, backend developers, QA testers, scrum masters, solution architects, and project managers • Define and execute development strategy • Mentor and develop team members • Implement and improve working practices • Research emerging market trends • Work in Agile sprint teams using incremental releases and rapid iteration • Use Cursor to accelerate delivery of high-quality software with supporting tests and documentation • Continuously improve AI tools, skills, and workflows • Participate in sprint planning, standups, demonstrations, and other ceremonies • Conduct code reviews • Estimate tasks across a wide range of projects • Act as line manager for developers on the team • Lead from a frontend technology standpoint while contributing to projects involving unfamiliar technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in at least one of TypeScript, React, or ES6+ • Knowledge and experience of Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand • Experience using REST APIs • Experience with Sass and Styled Components • Experience creating responsive layouts and using methodologies such as BEM • Knowledge of semantic HTML5 and HTML5 features including canvas and media elements • Knowledge of browser APIs including geolocation, local storage, session storage, web workers, and web sockets • Experience with accessibility and web performance • Experience with Webpack, Vite, Rspack, Rsbuild, or Rollup • Knowledge of Module Federation • Experience with Git and GitLab • Experience with TDD and testing frameworks/libraries such as Jest • Experience with IntelliJ IDEs, VS Code, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab pipelines, Lucid Charts, and Cursor • Experience writing technical documentation and crafting clear, unambiguous prompts for AI tools • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience managing and mentoring employees • Ability to work with unfamiliar technologies
