📋 Description

• Building and maintaining data pipelines • Creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders • Ensuring data integrity through processing, cleansing, and validation efforts • Partnerships with sales operations for audience segmentation • Managing technical aspects of marketing systems • Translating business requirements into audience targeting strategies • Monitoring campaigns and optimizing performance • Developing KPIs and performance monitoring scorecards • Presenting analyses to various audiences • Evaluating new technologies for marketing optimization • Analyzing data from various sources relevant to Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a decision/data scientist/analyst, data engineer, or software engineer focused on Marketing • B.S. / M.S. in relevant or quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, and/or Statistics • Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional role • Ability to build effective relationships with key business stakeholders • Experience building operational dashboards and automated reporting • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) • Analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) • Tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) • Data querying and manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (eg. Pardot, Salesforce or similar) • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
