📋 Description

• Manage and progress the UK statutory audit (FRS 102) • Manage the US GAAP audit and reporting requirements for our US parent company • Own the comparison and reconciliation between UK FRS 102 and US GAAP treatments • Complete reconciliation work between the old and new systems that wasn't finished during cutover • Support audit consolidation across the group's European entities • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during this period • Keep the audit process on track ahead of a permanent finance hire joining in September

🎯 Requirements

•Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or local equivalent) •Practical experience running or supporting statutory audits under UK FRS 102 •Practical experience with US GAAP audit or reporting •Comfortable working independently, managing your own workload with limited hands-on oversight •Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency group consolidation •Familiarity with audit processes for unaudited or partially audited entities •Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics or industrial settings
