• Design interactive, customer-focused product demos that clearly showcase technical depth, value, and differentiation. • Analyze complex customer requirements and model robust solution architectures. • Plan and lead technical and functional workshops where you work with customers to precisely define IT processes, system landscapes, and integration paths. • Execute proofs of concept, taking ownership for quality, speed, and conversion. • Efficiently handle RFIs and RFPs with the goal of winning tenders through technical excellence and smart differentiation. • Perform strategic market and competitor analysis to identify technological opportunities and differentiation levers. • Contribute solid customer insights, market feedback, and technological input into product strategy and the roadmap. • Ensure a seamless technical handover to delivery teams and develop effective training and enablement programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• At least 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting on complex digital projects. • Deep technical understanding with strong experience in modeling architectures and producing clear process documentation. • Hands-on experience with API usage, integration design, and a variety of technical scenarios—ideally across multiple projects and industries. • Experience with quote-to-cash processes, ideally within digital business models and subscription businesses, including billing, payments, and accounting. • Ability to quickly identify customer needs, map them to our product, and derive precise technical solution paths. • Skill in communicating a highly technical product to diverse non-technical stakeholders in a clear, inspiring, and persuasive way. • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
