📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting, including leadership and investor packages • Help drive the annual budgeting process and refine long-term operating models • Partner with Data, Tech, and Operations teams to model and measure the ROI of strategic initiatives • Build board and investor-ready materials that distill complex analyses into actionable insights • Evaluate and implement tools and processes to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and forecasting efficiency • Analyze potential business adjacencies, partnerships, and new market entries

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or health tech FP&A • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus) • Deep financial modeling expertise with the ability to synthesize data into insights that influence executive decisions • Advanced Excel and presentation building skills • Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in using data to make strategic decisions and implement operational improvements • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
