📋 Description

• Leads increasingly complex projects and ensures outcomes by designing and delivering user-centered, content-specific, and simple solutions to challenges outside of Instruction Partners’ core services • Facilitates sessions and processes focused on instructional improvement that support partner learning, decision-making, and implementation • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with external partners throughout the engagement • Serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to external leaders and teams • Leads the design and development of frameworks, service delivery protocols, and tools to drive system-level strategy and support • Represents the organization with professionalism and empathy in external meetings, presentations, and events

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in K-12 education, instructional leadership, organizational leadership, or consulting • Expertly guides high-stakes, multi-partner projects by aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals, diagnosing root challenges, and driving coordinated action that results in meaningful improvements in teaching and learning • Applies deep expertise in instructional improvement and system-level HQIM implementation • Brings advanced knowledge of ELA and/or math instructional practices and the conditions required for system-level implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), supporting partners to translate research-based strategies into practical, scalable action • Uses strong facilitation skills to convey complex information with clarity, build shared understanding, and lead cross-functional groups through strategic planning, change management, and instructional improvement processes • Models adaptive expertise, continuous learning, and strategic agility
