📋 Description
• Assist with property casualty litigation in a vibrant and growing practice • Take lead on managing various legal cases effectively • Prepare for trial with proper documentation and strategy • Collaborate with team and supervise junior staff
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required • Experience in managing cases in state and federal courts • Supervising/mentoring staff • Managing discovery • Taking/defending depositions • Writing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision • Must be admitted to practice in the State of California
