📋 Description

• Lead the functional workstream of implementation projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients on solution design, configuration, and deployment decisions. • Conduct business process analysis and translate client operational and strategic goals into well-documented solution designs for Intapp software. • Deliver tailored product training to client stakeholders on configured solutions, ensuring they are equipped to adopt and sustain the platform. • Produce clear, organised design documentation that captures configuration decisions and supports both client teams and internal delivery colleagues. • Collaborate across Intapp functions — including Support, Customer Success, and Product — to share knowledge, maintain implementation collateral, and contribute to continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a consultant or business analyst, with a track record of delivering complex software implementations or business transformation projects. • A strong understanding of practice management, operations, or finance-related business activities within professional services firms. • Experience with conflicts management processes, or direct familiarity with Intapp Compliance software — this is a significant advantage. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and engage credibly with senior client stakeholders. • The discipline and flexibility to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, prioritising effectively in a remote working environment. • Emotional intelligence and interpersonal confidence, with a collaborative approach and the maturity to navigate complex business relationships.
