📋 Description

• Implement and configure Intapp’s Collaboration platform software in the customer’s M365 environment. • Conduct meetings to gather/refine and document business requirements. • Configure software and confirm expected functionality. • Demonstrate configured software to solicit customer’s feedback/refinement. • Work with the customer’s IT team to coordinate M365 tasks. • Facilitate UAT and training activities with the customer’s project team. • Communicate and manage issues with the Intapp project manager, ensuring timely project delivery within budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Ten years’ plus experience working in a technical capacity. • Five years’ experience in a software consultant or technical analyst role. • Experience administering SharePoint and implementing SharePoint based solutions in a client facing capacity. • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Teams and Outlook. • Strong time management, prioritisation, and communication skills. • Some automation coding experience in Microsoft technologies such as PowerShell or Power Automate. • Advanced administration skills, particularly using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Working knowledge of Azure and M365 admin center.
