• 15+ years of experience in pharma sales, with subject matter expertise in product launch, commercialization, contracting and pricing, trade and market access, regulatory compliance, gross to net, and channel/distribution • Experience managing a small sales portfolio of high-value accounts while driving new business and expansion opportunities • Proven track record of selling and renewing into large pharmaceutical accounts and managing complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement • Ability to sell emerging technology platforms into large pharma accounts while driving ARR per client in the $5M to $10M per year range • Exceptional ability to identify compelling market value and associated market problems by listening to customers, SMEs, ecosystem partners, and analysts • Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a proven record of developing trusted partnerships with senior customer executives • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus • Applicants must have valid work authorization that does not now or will not in the future require visa sponsorship by IntegriChain
