📋 Description

• Mentor, train, and direct the actions of junior team members. • Employ information system life cycle and other tools to analyze data and systems requirements. • Lead and coordinate the design, development and implementation of clinical application technology solutions. • Lead implementations, upgrades, disaster recovery, and conversion projects. • Analyze problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions. • Work in multiple specialty areas, interacting with customers regarding system design strategy and implementation solutions. • Participate in establishing appropriate testing criteria for information systems. • Read, analyze and interpret business requirements, system documentation, and technical procedures. • Responsible for root cause analysis on all issues impacting performance or availability of assigned apps. • Responsible and accountable for creation, maintenance, and understanding of as-built architecture for service line solutions supported.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree in related field with 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent hours of college credit for an Associates degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written) • Five years work experience designing and implementing compute and storage implementation, configuration, and upgrades. • Sound understanding of virtual workloads and the presentation layer of virtual desktop design. • Five years working experience in at least three of the following workload platforms (VMware, Citrix, Dell, NetApp, Pure). • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and design compute and storage consumption, avoiding reaching capacity limits. • Epic ECSA Certifications (Preferred) • Experience with device management during an Epic Implementation and post go-live (Preferred) • Experience mentoring junior members on team (Preferred) • Ability to present in front of senior leadership and/or application teams (Preferred) • Experience with Epic Environment Management and Upgrades (Preferred) • Experience managing Epic Business Continuity tools (Preferred)
