Integrity First Funding is a service company that helps small and growing businesses secure $50K–$250K+ in 0% APR capital by repairing and optimizing credit profiles and strategically applying across a lender network. They use a four-step “Integrity Protocol” (credit repair, credit optimization, consolidate & apply, and post-funding cleanup/deployment) to position clients for interest-free introductory credit lines without requiring income documentation or collateral. Integrity First provides a done-with-you, performance-based funding service—charging an upfront retainer and a closing fee only after clients receive funding—and focuses on fast approvals, transparency, and long-term credit improvement for entrepreneurs across industries.

📋 Description

• Guide 40–60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with partner banks • Own client outcomes and the complete client journey • Keep clients accountable and on track toward their goals • Understand clients and their businesses, anticipate bottlenecks, identify missing details, and provide structured guidance • Develop long-term client relationships based on expertise, trust, care, and clear communication • Advise clients on finance, credit, and business growth • Achieve monthly client fulfillment and success-fee collection targets • Help at least 95% of clients reach funding milestones within projected timelines • Maintain a 4.5+ Trustpilot rating and a 10% client referral rate • Use Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, Slack, and ChatGPT

🎯 Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or finance • 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another client-facing role in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes preferred • Understanding of a P&L at minimum • Availability for a 40–50 hour work week from Monday to Friday during US work hours • English native or close to native • No strong foreign accent • Ability to work remotely • Ability to travel up to 4 times per year for one week • Ownership, integrity, perseverance, innovation, and humility
