• Work within established methodologies for Incident Response activities • Respond to cyber incidents for customers • Proactively hunt for adversaries in customer networks • Conduct detailed Intrusion analysis – host and network • Malware reverse engineering • Digital forensics and Cyber Threat Intelligence services • Perform proactive client services, including compromise assessments • Evaluate and recommend tools and technology for incident response • Drive all incidents to resolution with proper stakeholder participation
• Strong comprehension of malware, emerging threats, and adversary TTPs • Ability to work directly with customers • Capacity to multitask on several technical and operational issues • Very good understanding of customer issues • Ability to think through difficult issues • Clear understanding of ITIL processes • Initiative to drive all incidents to resolution • Incident management and communication experience • Capable of meeting deadlines while following processes • Understanding of ITIL, SANS, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO20000 • Experience developing reusable processes/data architectures • Host Intrusion Analysis: Windows (Endpoint and Server), Unix • Network Intrusion Analysis • Familiarity with Malware categories and reverse engineering techniques • Experience with security tools for detection, diagnosis, containment, and remediation • Extensive knowledge of Windows server systems • Experience creating and maintaining a security incident response plan (IRP) • Qualifications in Security Essentials (GSEC), Hacker Techniques (GCIH), Host (GCFE/GCFA), Network Forensics (GNFA), Malware Analysis (GREM), and Digital Forensics specializations. • CREST certifications and Certified Ethical Hacker
