📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Essential Duties And Responsibilities include: Product Knowledge; Market Research; User Research; Requirements Gathering; Product Roadmap Development; Product Development Support; Documentation; Feedback Loop; Stakeholder Management; Continuous Improvement; Innovation; Communication. • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the organization's existing products, and their impact on the users and target audience (Beneficiary). • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the non-profit sector. Analyze data to inform product decisions. Strong understanding of the digital health space, and proven experience working for the healthtech. • User Research: Engage with end-users, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document product requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories and use cases. • Product Roadmap Development: Creating a roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of Intelehealth . Prioritizing features that deliver the highest value to users and comply with regulations. • Product Development Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including programs, designers and developers, to help translate requirements into actionable development tasks. Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user guides, release notes, and feature specifications. • Feedback Loop: Continuously gather feedback from users, Internal and external stakeholders and use this information to iterate on product features and improvements. • Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with internal and external teams, Balancing diverse stakeholder needs and priorities. • Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Staying updated with the latest advancements in healthcare technology and best practices. • Innovation: Think innovatively to come up with cost effective solutions in the resource constrained environment. • Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in the digital health sector • Strong Product Management principles, methodologies, and best practices; backlog management; writing clear and concise user stories • Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban; experience facilitating agile ceremonies • Ability to define product vision and roadmap; stakeholder management; cross-functional leadership • Experience creating PRDs, user guides, release notes, and feature specifications • User-centric mindset; ability to gather user insights and feedback • Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus (HIPAA, GDPR; HL7/FHIR familiarity) • Tools and practices: Jira, API integration, Git, data privacy and security, DevOps basics
