📋 Description

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more • Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications: • - Counsellor: Minimum Master's Degree in Counselling / Counselling psychology with a minimum of 200-300 hours of counselling experience post qualification & practicum/ placement/ internship • - Clinical Psychologist: Minimum Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 200-300 hours of Clinical/Therapy experience post qualification & practicum/ placement/ internship. • - Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) • - License under the Hellenic Psychological Society, the Greek Ministry of Health. • - Proficiency in English and Greek • - Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counselling, or coaching in managerial roles • - Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
