📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize the data architecture to support sales, marketing, and GTM strategies. • Synthesize disparate data sources, including win/loss data, sales cycles, and operational lead times, into cohesive data models. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex GTM questions into technical data requirements. • Ensure data scalability, security, and governance across the analytics pipeline within the Microsoft ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer with a strong focus on business/sales intelligence. • Deep expertise in the Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI). • Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipeline design. • Ability to analyze and structure commercial metrics (win/loss, pipeline velocity, sales cycles). • Excellent English communication skills
