📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Professional Services clients • Manage and execute client programs focused on strategic storytelling and measurable results • Build trusted client stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities to drive visibility and engagement • Lead media strategy and outreach to secure earned placements • Develop storylines, media materials, and thought leadership opportunities • Maintain and expand relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers • Oversee PR campaigns, product launches, influencer partnerships, and media activations • Draft and edit press releases, pitches, talking points, and key messaging documents • Ensure creative and strategic alignment across campaign deliverables • Supervise and mentor junior team members • Manage deadlines, priorities, and budgets • Collaborate with digital, creative, and leadership teams • Monitor and analyze media performance and prepare strategic reports and actionable client insights • Use analytics to refine campaign strategies and demonstrate ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting • Strong background in Professional Services • Proven success developing and executing earned media strategies that generate meaningful coverage • Excellent writing, editing, and client communication skills • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Collaborative, proactive mindset
