📋 Description

• Gather and document project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. • Manage implementation and training timelines for websites and/or digital retailing. • Partner across teams to align related workstreams and dependencies. • Coordinate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations, timelines, and responsibilities are clear. • Prepare and deliver status reports to clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams. • Proactively manage risks, escalations, and issues related to project delivery. • Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the implementation and training cycle. • Act as a liaison between departments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ años de experiencia (Comprobable) • Experiencia en un rol de cara al cliente o marketing digital. • Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook y Teams. • Conocimientos básicos en desarrollo web. • Metodologías de gestión de proyectos. • Mejores prácticas de servicio al cliente.
