📋 Description
• Create the marketing deliverables timeline, from kickoff to delivery, serving as the central point of contact for all milestone questions • Schedule and track key project checkpoints, including product/design handoff, marketing briefs, copy deadlines, creative reviews, and web/PDP/PLP approvals • Support Brand Marketing with maintaining the shared integrated marketing calendar with up to date GTM (go-to-market) deadlines and launch details • Communication and stakeholder management: Provide regular progress reports between functions and departments with updates and proactively address blockers • Coordinate high volume of product samples management—including placing and tracking sample orders, managing sample inventory, and working closely with Tech Design and Sourcing to ensure teams have what they need for photoshoots and influencer content creation • Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Growth, Product, Ops to align project needs and ensure cross-functional clarity • Create, distribute, and manage trackers for visibility to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable • Drive continuous rigorous organization of all documents, assets, files for posterity and ease of self-service discoverability
