• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn and phone calls • Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to predefined criteria • Schedule discovery meetings and calls for clients • Keep databases and tracking tools (CRM) up to date • Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging, outreach strategies and sales playbooks
• 2 years of experience as an SDR in B2B sales • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Curious, proactive and willing to make outbound calls • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Previous experience in sales or customer service (desirable, not required)
• Remote work • Public holidays according to the Spanish calendar • Annual paid vacation • Hands-on training in B2B lead generation, prospecting and sales strategies • Exposure to sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation platforms • Direct mentorship from a founder with extensive experience in lead generation • Experience in a startup or consultancy environment where your work has real impact
