📋 Description

• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for product, business, and technical stakeholders • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making • Write and optimize SQL queries across different data sources (Snowflake, operational databases) • Perform data quality analysis, validate findings, and ensure analytical accuracy • Document analytical processes, methodologies, and technical specifications • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams on analytical projects • Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives • Participate in analytics best practices and knowledge sharing within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field • 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles (internships and academic projects count!) • Genuine enthusiasm for working with data and uncovering insights • Strong SQL skills: Ability to write queries, perform data transformations, and work with relational databases • Power BI experience: Familiarity with creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Data quality mindset: Understanding of data validation practices and analytical rigor • Analytical problem-solving: Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches • Communication skills: Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Eagerness to learn and effective collaboration skills to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment • **Bonus Skills:** • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Understanding of data modeling concepts • Basic programming knowledge (Python, R) for data analysis • Experience working with business stakeholders • Experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, or SaaS industries • Understanding of product analytics frameworks
