📋 Description

• Deliver and manage regional Canada marketing plans (strategic and tactical) • Support sales for new business, retention and account extension initiatives • Assist with development of marketing objectives and plans for Canada • Manage events and webinars: identify and recruit experts, create content, manage invitations and follow-up, logistics and budgets, speaking coordination • Develop and execute lead generation, brand awareness and digital campaigns using Eloqua and Salesforce; set up landing pages, email campaigns and lead scoring • Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns to nurture, score and qualify leads • Conceptualise and project manage new digital channels and initiatives • Track and analyse marketing performance, perform A/B tests, tune campaigns to maximise ROI • Develop tools and reports to track progress against marketing strategic plans • Assist in developing creative concepts and marketing collateral across digital, print, social media, whitepapers, eBooks, presentations, photography and video • Manage sponsorship contracts with associations and leverage joint marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment • Proven experience in delivering webinars, creating content, and planning events • Proven experience in digital marketing and knowledge of best practices • Proven experience producing marketing collaterals • Qualification in marketing, communications, IT, media and/or related discipline • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) • Experience working with Eloqua or similar marketing automation systems • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM to capture, track and report on leads and sales opportunities • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel) • Project management experience • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data and maximise campaign ROI • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality • Team player with a strong customer focus orientation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
