📋 Description

• Lead the global talent acquisition and talent management functions • Drive global talent strategy to attract, develop, retain, and recognize top talent • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy and streamlined processes • Establish talent acquisition roles and responsibilities and train hiring and HR team members • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, attracting, onboarding, and candidate experience worldwide • Directly manage recruitment for key positions with minimal oversight • Audit and improve talent acquisition processes according to industry best practices • Develop and promote the employer brand using the website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and social media • Support workforce planning, hiring timelines, complexity, prioritization, and annual recruiting roadmaps • Consolidate and provide quarterly personnel updates to Finance for budget management • Manage internal compensation bands and benefits with the Senior Director of People and Culture • Support succession planning, successor development, and high-potential talent development • Audit and recommend improvements to performance management philosophy, practices, and systems • Build the learning and development function to support career growth and a culture of excellence • Develop an HR metrics dashboard with the People and Culture team and Executive Leadership Team • Ensure stakeholder engagement and change management for new or revised talent management practices • Report directly to the SVP of People and Culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • At least 3–5 years of experience working in a nonprofit or technology-focused organization in an HR role • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search • Proven track record of leading global recruitment initiatives • Understanding of talent management and the employee lifecycle • 5+ years of experience supporting talent management and the employee lifecycle as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar • High proficiency administering HRIS, ATS, PMS, LMS, and Employer of Record/Professional Employment Organization systems or portals • Experience using Microsoft 360, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Box, and similar cloud-based collaboration tools • Exceptional leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working in international nonprofits • Experience working in a fully remote environment
