📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for IPS, providing support, guidance and best practice advice • Manage and resolve user queries and support tickets, acting as an escalation point for complex IPS queries • Manage end-to-end testing of IPS upgrades before release to production • Lead the transition from IPS SQL to IPS Cloud, collaborating with the vendor, internal SMEs and client-facing staff • Deliver user support and training, helping teams maximise effective use of IPS • Develop and update training materials, user guides, and process documentation • Support the onboarding of new users or teams, ensuring the adoption of IPS • Establish and manage the product vision, ensuring development priorities reflect both business goals and regulatory requirements • Own and prioritise BAU backlog items (bugs, enhancements, configuration changes) to ensure service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in IPS SQL, either in a support role eg, Product Owner, or as an advanced (client-facing) user • Strong understanding of insolvency processes and case lifecycle • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to act as the bridge between users and technical teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse issues and identify root causes • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience of IPS Cloud • Experience or exposure to non-UK insolvencies eg, Hong Kong, Australia • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements • A recognised insolvency qualification or relevant insolvency experience • Experience of delivering training, or the creation of training guides or documentation
