📋 Description

• Own product execution from concept to delivery, including requirements, prioritization, and release • Translate customer and partner needs into clear, actionable product requirements • Analyze product usage and behavior to inform roadmap decisions • Partner closely with Engineering to scope and deliver solutions efficiently • Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions • Improve and optimize payment flows, features, and user experience • Build lightweight prototypes or tools to accelerate decision-making when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within payments (Product, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar) • Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., gateways, ACH, tokenization, surcharging) • Experience translating user behavior and data into product decisions • Proven ability to write clear product requirements and work with engineering teams • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently.
