📋 Description
• Develop, maintain and enhance PL/I applications running on IBM mainframe and enterprise systems • Analyse and troubleshoot issues within existing legacy codebases • Support ongoing modernisation and stabilisation efforts across critical business applications • Collaborate with business analysts and other technical specialists • Ensure code changes meet quality, performance and compliance standards typical of an insurance environment • Document technical changes and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team
🎯 Requirements
• Candidates must be resident in and hold the right to work in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland • English language required • PL/I development experience • Experience developing and maintaining applications on IBM mainframe and enterprise systems • Confident working within complex legacy system landscapes
