• Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for Technical Interviewers. • Conduct technical interviews for Python developer roles, assessing candidates on their programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of Python and its related frameworks. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop interview questions and assessment criteria that are aligned with the role requirements and reflect the latest industry standards. • Provide detailed feedback and evaluations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making in the recruitment process. • Stay updated with the latest developments in Python and related technologies to ensure effective and relevant assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background with extensive experience in Python, including familiarity with popular frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Proven experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or educational roles is preferred. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details clearly. • Commitment to providing constructive feedback and maintaining professionalism throughout the interview process. • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
