📋 Description

• Perform high-level ABAP and ABAP OO programming within the SAP HCM environment. • Create and adapt customer-specific infotypes, database tables, and specialized functional modules. • Develop complex reports for staffing plan print editions, budget evaluations, and staffing overviews. • Ensure efficient processing and optimization of large data sets within the HCM module. • Customize and extend tools for mass organizational changes, such as department mergers and large-scale reorganizations. • Execute unit tests, perform code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical developer documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Sound ABAP and ABAP OO development knowledge • Technical experience with SAP HCM infotype structures and the OM object model • Proven experience in the development of customer-specific infotypes in the HCM context • Ability to create complex reports and perform performance optimization for large data sets • Experience in preparing technical developer documentation and performing code reviews • Fluent German (Native)
