📋 Description

• As the central interface, you confidently coordinate communication between external valuers/appraisers, outsourcing partners and internal departments • You contribute your expertise on valuation-related matters and are responsible for external property valuations — acquisition and routine valuations, both domestic and international • Together with your team members and using the latest technologies, you oversee the entire valuation process, verify plausibility and ensure the final quality of reports for our approx. 1,800 properties • In this role you also review and approve appraiser invoices to ensure an efficient and transparent process • Additionally, as Valuation Manager (m/f/d) you conduct analyses, develop your own value forecasts and contribute to projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation — ideally at a valuation firm, an asset management company, or similar • Team spirit, openness, a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to take on responsibility • Strong communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking and high quality standards • Confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • Good command of English is a plus
