đź“‹ Description

• Sell the Ion Endoluminal System to greenfield and existing hospitals within the assigned territory • Manage the complete capital sales process from prospecting through contract signature and installation • Develop territory and strategic account plans aligned with regional business objectives • Build executive, clinical, and economic advocacy across C-suite, physicians, procurement, and hospital administration • Lead executive presentations, business case discussions, and value-based selling initiatives • Identify new accounts, clinical champions, and key opinion leaders to drive market development • Coordinate cross-functional deal teams across Clinical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Service, and Operations • Support tenders, procurement processes, and contract negotiations • Transition capital sales to clinical implementation and procedural adoption • Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets • Develop sustainable customer relationships across the assigned territory • Expand market awareness and accelerate adoption of the Ion platform • Ensure successful implementation and long-term customer success • Travel extensively, approximately 70%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience • Experience selling capital medical equipment preferred • Strong executive communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of bronchoscopy, endoscopy, and/or operating room environments • Demonstrated strategic account management and complex stakeholder management • Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization • Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning skills • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 70%
