📋 Description

• Drives the efficiency of daily operations by streamlining processes, maintaining quality, and identifying improvements that enhance operational performance. • Aligns with PEPS regional leadership on key business priorities and partners with cross-functional teams. • Manages the logistics and coordination of regional events. • Collaborates with key stakeholders for the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and product launches. • Organizes, executes, and monitors assigned projects. • Manages and maintains key operations records, conducts audits to assess quality and ensure compliance. • Gathers and communicates data for training models.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in operations • Understanding of regional regulatory and compliance requirements. • Detail-oriented, organized and takes initiative, problem-solving mindset. • Strong process orientation • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across the organization. • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. • Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be flexible, self-directed, and self-motivated. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
