📋 Description

• Handle cancellation requests with a service-first, retention-focused approach • Identify reasons for cancellation and offer relevant alternatives such as plan adjustments when appropriate • Process cancellations without unnecessary friction when retention is not appropriate • Assess refund requests using usage, subscription terms, and payment history • Process refunds efficiently according to internal eligibility guidelines • Manage billing and account inquiries through email/ticket and live chat • Handle live-chat conversations escalated by the AI assistant • Use internal AI tools to draft responses, translate languages, and retrieve policy information • Serve as the first point of contact for the global user base • Resolve administrative issues and route complex technical or financial product questions to specialized teams • Assist with payment method updates, invoice explanations, and subscription upgrades or downgrades • Help improve subscriber retention, efficiency, CSAT, and billing accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Customer Support in a high-volume digital environment • SaaS, Fintech, or E-commerce background • Previous cancellation-save, win-back, or subscription-retention experience • Comfortable working with AI-assisted communication tools • Ability to edit AI-generated drafts quickly • Experience using AI dictation tools and navigating admin dashboards • Ability to make quick, fair refund or credit decisions based on company policy • C1+ English proficiency and excellent written English • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus • Attention to detail when handling payments and user data • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar ticketing systems is a plus • Background in subscription-based services is a plus • Fluency in a second language is a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated, meticulous, creative, resourceful, bright, and proactive
