📋 Description

• serve as a primary resource for the organization's ERP system, including ongoing administration, configuration, testing, and user support • design integrations between the ERP system and operations systems • participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects • identify opportunities to automate manual accounting processes • develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and system-generated financial information • lead adoption of new finance processes by communicating changes, supporting users, and promoting best practices • develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and system documentation • assist with full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis • prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of progressive accounting experience • hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing an ERP system, preferably Sage Intacct or NetSuite • strong understanding of GAAP and the monthly close process • experience supporting, implementing, or administering an ERP system • advanced Microsoft Excel skills • excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • experience with ERP implementations, data migrations, or system integrations. • bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA preferred
