📋 Description

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using GitHub Actions • Implement source control workflows and branching strategies for Salesforce development teams • Develop packaging and release management processes (unlocked packages, 2GP where appropriate) • Automate deployment and validation processes across multiple Salesforce orgs (scratch orgs, sandboxes, production) • Work closely with Salesforce developers to reduce deployment friction and improve release velocity • Evaluate and implement Salesforce DevOps tooling (native or third-party) to support team needs • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for non-Salesforce applications • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for standard deployments • Support cloud infrastructure management (Azure preferred) and assist with serverless computing implementations • Deploy and maintain containerised applications using Docker & Kubernetes for standard use cases • Configure and maintain security scanning and compliance checks within existing DevOps workflows • Document technical processes and contribute to team knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in one or more of: DevOps, Salesforce development, infrastructure, or software development • Working proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or equivalent) • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows • Good scripting skills in at least one of: PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Apex • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues • Strong collaboration and documentation skills • Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing processes • Ability to work independently on routine tasks while knowing when to escalate • Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, or declarative configuration) for candidates from a Salesforce background • Solid hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts for candidates from a DevOps background
