📋 Description

• Participate in the end-to-end conception of digital products. • Lead co-creation sessions, developing hypotheses and concepts with stakeholders and clients. • Work within a multidisciplinary team (business, technology, marketing, among others), collaboratively proposing the best solutions. • Work with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including market analysis to build an understanding of context and behavior that defines the project problem. • Map the target audience and define user personas. • Know and articulate key product metrics, monitor results, and propose data-driven studies and continuous improvements (growth mindset). • Have the ability to deliver visually polished digital products (heuristics, composition, information hierarchy, typography, etc.) and well-documented outputs (flowcharts, user journeys, design system, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product/UX Designer. • Experience with credit products at a financial institution. • Advanced knowledge of UX Research, Discovery, and validation methods. • Experience with Product Analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar). • Skill in information architecture and creating intuitive interactions. • Ability to connect user insights to strategic decisions that impact the product and the business.
