• Converse with the model in Levantine Arabic across topics; verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance; capture reproducible error traces; and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. • Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning • Contribute to building high-quality training data and evaluation processes
🎯 Requirements
• A degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related field (ideally) • Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit • Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential • Live and breathe phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial expressions, and cultural references
