• Converse with the model in Spanish (Caribbean) across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. • Document failure modes so we can harden model reasoning. • Focus on regional Caribbean Spanish features for training data—Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or a related field is ideal • Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work signals fit • Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential • As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
