📋 Description
• Work closely with clients to deliver on projects • Creatively solve complex problems • Service clients in many industries • Mentor newer consultants • Act as the primary face of the HCM workstream for clients • Contribute on projects and internally develop business and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ Years of Workday HCM and/or 2.5-5 of consulting Industry Experience • Experience implementing or working with Workday or other HRIS systems. • Prior consulting experience preferred. • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
