📋 Description

• As an Invisors Data Conversion Consultant, you will lead the Data Conversion (DC) workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. • You will work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope, as well as manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. • This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. • In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings and grow our team. • You will be expected to contribute to projects as well as contributing internally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years of Workday data conversion experience and/or 4 - 6 of industry experience using data transformation tools • Prior consulting experience required • Advanced Excel skills • SQL skills preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries • Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools preferred
