📋 Description

• Conduct continuous discovery to identify problems and uncover opportunities based on data and research; • Create and iterate journeys, flows, and interfaces with a focus on clarity, consistency, and high visual refinement; • Work closely and collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data, and other business areas, ensuring solutions are viable, desirable, and sustainable; • Strengthen a user-centered design culture, encouraging practices such as experimentation, hypothesis validation, and short learning cycles; • Contribute to the evolution of the Cavilha Design System, with a focus on accessibility and scalability; • Actively participate in ceremonies and alignments, contributing to team maturity and customer-centered business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Design, Communication, Psychology, Technology, or related fields; • Solid experience as a Product Designer, with proven work on projects that demonstrate your decision-making process; • Experience in continuous discovery, experimentation, and co-creation rituals; • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing; • Ability to translate design decisions into measurable outcomes, connecting UX to product metrics; • Experience applying discipline best practices, such as Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture, and Prototyping; • Knowledge of componentization for the evolution and maintenance of a Design System; • Strong communication and persuasion skills, articulating decisions to technical, business, and executive audiences; • Ability to support the technical team in refining solutions and to monitor the impact of implemented solutions; • Organized in documenting learnings, decisions, and evidence clearly and accessibly. • Differentials: • Previous experience with financial products; • Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or complex digital products; • Certifications or additional courses in UX, Service Design, Design Thinking, or agile methods; • Previous work in environments with a strong experimentation culture, continuous discovery, and multidisciplinary squads.
