📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional research outcomes with strong focus on oncology • Lead healthcare custom research team and drive business growth • Develop strategic client partnerships and provide deep oncology insights • Mentor teams and foster innovation in research practices • Collaborate with experts across Ipsos to leverage thematic and technical expertise • Work with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and technology companies across project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record in providing actionable insights that shape client growth • Extensive experience in market research, focusing on oncology • Experience managing oncology-related global market research projects • Thorough understanding of quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc research techniques • Proven leadership in developing teams and fostering high-performance • Expertise in client relationship management through consultation and insight delivery • Proficiency with innovative research methods like social intelligence analytics • Familiarity with advanced digital data collection techniques • Proficiency in AI tools to enhance research tasks and outcomes • Analytical thinking • Resilience, flexibility and agility • Creative thinking • Motivation and self-awareness • Empathy and active listening • Curiosity and lifelong learning • Service orientation and customer service • Talent Management • Leadership and social influence
