📋 Description

• Manage vendor activities across the study lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables • Oversee vendor deliverables during study initiation, including onboarding and activation • Track vendor performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed • Drive vendor activities supporting site activations and study milestones • Coordinate vendor deliverables supporting Database Lock and study closure • Deliver vendor service excellence at the study level • Manage vendor onboarding and performance tracking • Create KPI and KQI dashboards to monitor vendor effectiveness • Monitor and document site readiness • Perform risk mapping and contingency planning • Oversee vendor cost control

🎯 Requirements

• Global Clinical Project Management experience • Strong Vendor Management expertise in at least 2 of the following vendor categories: Central lab, eCOA, IRT, ECG, Imaging, Ancillaries, and/or Patient Recruitment & Retention • Experience with global clinical trials across Phase I–IV • Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and vendor service categories • Excellent project management skills • Strong communication and influencing abilities • Proven ability to manage risk and performance issues in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must be based in one of the listed locations: Reading, United Kingdom; Porto Salvo, Portugal; Dublin, Ireland; Budapest, Hungary; Madrid, Spain; or Bucuresti, Romania • UK visa sponsorship is not available
