📋 Description

• Encode adverse event and medical history terms, as well as prior and concomitant medications, using MedDRA and WHODD • Perform coding in accordance with departmental coding conventions and company SOPs • Generate queries to clarify potentially discrepant data • Assist with data coding consistency reviews and SAE reconciliation as needed • Collaborate with medical monitors and Clinical and Data Management team members • Ensure timely processing of coding according to project timelines • Assist with interdepartmental training of new staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related health science background • Commensurate experience considered in lieu of a four-year degree • 2+ years of industry experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and/or clinical data management • Experience with MedDRA and WHODD • Working knowledge of medical terminology, clinical trials, and coding • Experience with coding tools such as Medidata RAVE Coder, TMS, and Veeva • Excellent written and oral skills • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams • Must not require UK visa sponsorship
