📋 Description
• Lead a portfolio of data-driven personalization products within IQVIA Digital’s Personalization Science suite • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of solutions for healthcare brands • Partner with engineering and data science teams to build scalable SaaS-based solutions • Engage with pharma clients for product-market fit and feedback • Support go-to-market strategy, including product positioning and pricing • Drive alignment across product, engineering, data science, and commercial teams
🎯 Requirements
• 8–12+ years in product management, specifically in data-driven or platform-based products • Background in marketing technology (martech/adtech), data and analytics platforms, or healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries (strongly preferred) • Experience working with audience segmentation and targeting products, behavioral data or digital engagement signals, and AI/ML or predictive modeling (practical application vs theory)
