📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations and sales discussions with customers and healthcare professionals • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate oral care products and solutions • Educate customers on oral health best practices and product benefits • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement • Accurately record customer interactions and activity within CRM systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction • Achieve agreed performance and engagement targets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, dental, or medical sales • Alternatively, a background in dental hygiene, dentistry, oral health, or dental nursing • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills • Commercially aware with a customer-centric approach • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and using CRM platforms • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment • Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and adapting communication styles accordingly • Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity
