📋 Description

• Extract, clean, and integrate web analytics data into Snowflake. • Build and maintain dashboards in Qlik for marketing and business analysis. • Connect and transform data from tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Qlik. • Collaborate with other data professionals to ensure seamless integration of CRM data and additional data sources into Snowflake and Qlik to build a full-funnel view. • Solve analytics-related requests submitted via JIRA, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. • Conduct 1–2 weekly training sessions to guide teams in using dashboards and interpreting data. • Communicate regularly with Business Unit Directors and other key stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across platforms. • Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing autonomy with team collaboration. • Travel occasionally for team meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagements. • Engage with the BIDA (Business Intelligence & Data Analytics) team to expand and grow your data knowledge and skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Qlik (knowledge of CRM systems is a plus). • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality principles and ETL processes. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation. • Familiarity with TAMR or other Master Data Management tools is a strong plus. • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure). • Solid grasp of digital marketing principles, KPIs, and funnel analysis. • Familiarity with JIRA for managing and tracking analytics requests. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently. • Strong team player with the ability to follow direction and adapt quickly. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Respectful of cultural diversity and flexible with global team schedules. • Willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role.
