📋 Description

• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple projects and teams to align with project schedules and priorities • Act as the central coordination point across a shared engineering pool supporting concurrent projects • Align engineering deliverables with critical path and construction needs • Manage interfaces between disciplines, consultants, vendors, and project teams • Coordinate technical inputs, RFIs, vendor information, and engineering deliverables • Track deliverables, technical decisions, and action items • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, and coordination gaps • Prioritize engineering work across competing project needs • Support consistent engineering standards and execution practices • Introduce practical tools and processes to improve coordination and efficiency • Support engineering integration from design through commissioning and handover • Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction, Procurement, and Operations • Ensure accurate labelling, test records, and as-built documentation • Improve visibility into engineering progress, risks, and dependencies • Reduce rework through interface and issue management

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical or project delivery experience • Experience supporting engineering execution on capital, industrial, or infrastructure projects • Strong understanding of engineering workflows, design processes, and construction interfaces • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel regularly within Western Canada • Experience working with shared engineering resources across multiple concurrent projects preferred • Experience in fast-paced or rapidly scaling project environments preferred • Data centre, HPC, or mission-critical infrastructure project experience preferred • PMP, P.Eng, or equivalent professional designation preferred
