📋 Description

• Leads the end-to-end project management of complex EHR Integrations between customers and iRhythm • Responsible for leading strategic internal & customer engagements • Drives strategic ownership of the EHR integration between the customer and iRhythm • Applies advanced technical interface expertise to architect, test, and validate EHR integrations • Cultivates and sustains high-impact relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and customers • Collaborates with senior leaders to define program objectives, success metrics, and delivery timelines • Provides enterprise-level leadership for integration initiatives across complex business units • Champions Digital Solutions strategy across internal initiatives • Develops, implements, and tracks KPIs, goals, and success metrics • Leads continuous improvement initiatives, developing new processes, playbooks, and metrics • Mentors and guides junior project managers and cross-functional contributors

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience managing projects, leading EHR integrations implementations in healthcare technology or health system environments • At least 8 years with EHRs (like Epic (Aura is a plus), Meditech, etc.) • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependencies • Deep knowledge and experience configuring in HL7 integration solutions (IRIS for Health/InterSystems preferred, others are ok!) • Experience with FHIR is a plus • Demonstrated proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, ObjectScript) and HL7 message structures (ORM, ORU) • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience driving strategic initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience • Strategic Agility in navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and its evolving digital infrastructure • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in health information technology, computer science, or related field. • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
