📋 Description

• Embed with pod teams across divisions after bootcamp completion, working alongside engineers on real delivery work • Enable adoption of agentic tooling and workflows through hands-on engineering • Diagnose and debug tooling, context engineering, workflow integration, codebase-specific, confidence, and mindset blockers • Build, maintain, and share a living body of agentic engineering best practices • Partner with Enterprise Agility, Agile Coaches, and Agentic AI leadership to align technical and human change initiatives • Support configuration and integration of agentic tooling, including MCP integration, IDE setup, and workflow automation • Evaluate Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and emerging alternatives using adoption data and hands-on usage • Create and share reusable agentic skills, prompts, skill definitions, and automation patterns • Serve as the go-to expert for agentic engineering questions across the engineering estate • Move between divisional assignments as adoption needs change • Shape advanced agentic practices including multi-agent workflows, automated testing, and agentic code review • Contribute to engineering enablement, developer experience, and engineering productivity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on professional experience with agentic development tooling such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent • Sustained daily use of agentic tooling on real codebases, with a clear view of capabilities and limitations • Strong software engineering background across at least one primary language and stack • Breadth to become productive quickly in unfamiliar codebases • Experience working across multiple teams or contexts simultaneously, or moving between assignments in a consultative or enabling capacity • Track record of solving real engineering problems directly with teams • Familiarity with CI/CD, trunk-based development, automated testing, and observability tooling • Experience with MCP server configuration, tool integration, or agentic workflow automation beyond IDE-level tooling • Practical exposure to prompt engineering, agent orchestration, or multi-agent system design • Experience in a B2B SaaS or multi-product software organisation is useful • Familiarity with team topologies and enabling functions in distributed engineering organisations is useful • Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive software environments is useful
