📋 Description
• Identificar necesidades del negocio, priorizar funcionalidades y documentar procesos To-Be. • Parametrizar módulos (Sales, Customer Service), crear flujos con Power Automate y personalizar interfaces. • Preparar y ejecutar pruebas UAT, documentar incidencias y validar entregables antes del despliegue. • Diseñar planes de comunicación, capacitar usuarios y asegurar la adopción de la solución. • Monitorizar KPIs, proponer mejoras, automatizar procesos y mantener integraciones actualizadas.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia demostrable en entorno de Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Workspace y/o Unified Service Desk. • Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft APM SDK (documentación oficial). • Experiencia demostrable en programación Javascript. • Experiencia deseable en Typescript. • Trabajo en equipo bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y manejo de herramientas colaborativas como Jira. • Capacidad para evaluar requisitos funcionales y compararlos con funcionalidades del producto. • Autonomía para gestionar tareas de manera independiente, manteniendo un alto nivel de calidad. • Idiomas: Español C1, Inglés B2.
